 SY offers clients all legal advice, pragmatic solutions to the many challenges that arise during the course of the tax collection by the governmental authority, including litigation services and its application in the Sultanate of Oman, in accordance with the laws in force such as the Income Tax Law issued by Royal Decree (28/2009) regulating the imposition or exemption of tax in Oman, and the Value Added Tax Law issued by Royal Decree No. (121/2020).
